Now that I’ve published posts covering the different parts of the play format for BattleTech, here is a compiled PDF with everything you need to build forces for and play games of ’Mech Brawl 3030:
If you’re interested in reading some of my thoughts on design decisions for the format, here are the various posts I’ve published on it during the past few weeks:
- Introducing ’Mech Brawl 3030
- ’Mech Brawl 3030 Force Building
- ’Mech Brawl 3030 Additional Rules
- Scenario: Line of Battle
- Scenario: Meatgrinder
- Scenario: We Meet at Dawn
- Scenario: Hold the Center
- Scenario: Fog of War
- Scenario: LosTech Hunt
With this compiled PDF, I consider my format published and ready for play. I hope people looking for more variety in their BattleTech games will give it a try and have fun with it. If you have any feedback on the format, please send it my way with the form here: ’Mech Brawl 3030 Feedback.
I am planning to make periodic updates to the format. I have several ideas for more scenarios that I think would make good additions. My rough plan is to publish a Spring 2023 version in a few months that will add at least 3 more scenario options in addition to addressing any feedback that comes in over the next few months.
